AI Systems by Favour ("we", "us") builds AI automation systems, voice AI agents, and custom applications for businesses. This site is aisystemsbyfavour.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Booking a call: when you book through our booking buttons, the scheduling is handled by Calendly and Google Appointments. They collect the name, email address, and any project details you choose to share, under their own privacy policies. We receive that information so we can hold the call with you.

Newsletter: if you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address and use it only to send you the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Usage data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and if we enable analytics we will collect anonymous usage information such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use your information

To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, deliver the services you ask for, send you content you subscribed to, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Vercel (hosting), Calendly and Google (call scheduling), Google Fonts (typography), and Tella (embedded demo videos). Links to our LinkedIn and YouTube profiles take you to those platforms.

Cookies

We do not set cookies ourselves today. Embedded videos and scheduling widgets may set their own cookies when you interact with them, and if we enable analytics in the future those tools may set cookies too. You can control and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we will honor that request.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
